So the government had the option to detain him at the airport and easily close up this entire deal but they refused because...? What the fuck are these guys doing? They could have easily captured him by framing him as a terrorist or something, those kind of cases are very common, but instead they felt like they needed to let him go and give him infinitely more chances to escape their grasp. Retards.
