I wonder if he got more or less than 50. It's not like they have all the information about him, probably just of those that he use often (rope, sword, plant), those that he "steal"(taken before they got to it, but they know the tomb) & finally those that he steal (directly from those pursuing him). So there might be some from small & no-tomb relic that they didn't account for.
On the other hand, he also used non-essential relic like consumables to blast open place.
