Maybe they appear where the biggest piece of relic fragments are & then magic see them together to be whole. Would make sense on when MC mentioned bunch of relic in England (since British museum robbing everyone meme).
The current chapter mentioned sword are all broken down, maybe this is where bunch of trash fragments drift/buried there.
