Never understood the idea of "if you're sick, you fail the test" with normal school exams. Massive national ones, where organising another round would be harder, and there's a time pressure, sure, but at school where you could easily just take it after school, makes no sense. It's not a thing you're in control of, realistically, so you're getting punished for having bad luck.
