I would like to preface this by saying that the dude was creepy as fuck, trying to photo the schedule was stalker 101, but one thing about the discussion here sticks out to me:

As far as I can tell there wasn't really a way for him to know she was a high schooler, was there? She's wearing a work uniform, and unless I just didn't read closely enough her being a student wasn't mentioned in the discussion? I've seen plenty of people in their 20s that have looked like they were in their mid teens, and teens that looked like they were in their 20s (heck some unfortunate ones looked in their 30s...), so I'm not sure if that part is entirely justified.
