standard boy-meets-girl-of-his-dreams romance with pretty art, but why is this so contrived? like the organizer (!) is too stupid to understand a single sentence correctly? not to mention why the feck did the music dude give them the version with his vocals in the first place?? and it's not even a mistake either since he's aware of it and told the other dude not to use that version. this much brainrot just to kick off the story really hurts to see.

but at least it's progressing fast and i hope the main pair is making music together in future chapters.

lastly, why do they have to invent an extra term just for making music at home with the help of a pc? this has been used by amateur bands to make demo tapes for DECADES now lol

As a scanlator for the Vietnamese of this manga, I recommend keeping the surname as Hinomori. Cuz 氷 have 音読み (Onyomi) reading is ひょう and 訓読み (Kunyomi) reading is
ひ or こおり and following the 当て字 (word have another spelling) or Jukujikun (熟字訓, sry I don't know how to explain this word in English but it can be understood as the word can spelling with Kunyomi in Japanese). Therefore, Surnames like 氷ノ守 often have fixed readings based on tradition, not literal translations, likewise 小鳥遊 (Takanashi)

So far this was perhaps the most trope riddlee paint by the numbers ass manga ive ever seen with essentially no original thought to the point where i thougvht this was a oneshot halfway through. Ill if it improves any in the next few chapters

On defence of the MC, he gave his entire phone so of course he'd give the vocal versions too.
Now, he could have stayed arround to make sure the correct version was being used and the overall conclusion of the sequence being extremely contrived still stands but that one exact criticism is incorrect.

he's making music on his desktop pc. why was there any need to copy the crappy vocals to the phone? not to mention he could've just deleted the files he didn't want the other guy to use since she's got the original on his pc.

The quality of the translation is good, but I'd really recommend not using AI upscaling. It doesn't look great and I doubt you needed the pages to be as large as they are. They're nearly twice the size of my fullscreen browser window.
