It would be but I don't see what part of the of the name Shimizu Ai would give a nickname of "Yuu-kun".
He looks like he's a womanizer or at the very least used to girls falling all over him.
It could be that he is a womaniser and used to girls falling head over heels for him, but that doesn't mean it justifies his angry, scummy reaction to a rejection. A proper womaniser should also know when there's no chance for him to win, and therefore, it's better to just give up and move on.
A reason and a justification are two completely separate things. Being molested as a child might be a reason someone becomes a pedophile/molester but it isn't a justification that absolves/lessens guilt.
Some artists aren't the best with perspective. Just look at Jeph Loeb.
