I don't have raws to confirm, but based on context and ambiguity of present/future tense in Japanese, I think in the second panel on the last page she's saying that she will style her hair every once in a while (in order to make him go doki doki).
She then gets angry when he says she doesn't have to, since she phrased it with the implication that she would be doing it for him, which he doesn't realise.
