The only series I can come up with off the top of my head where someone calls their older-brother figure just "Onii" is Chaos;Head. Though I've only read the VN; I haven't seen the anime. (It'd be weird if they changed something like that, though, right?) Considering her age, though, I doubt that's what she picked it up from. (I at least hope it's not what she picked it up from...)
