@Tokimedotozu The way I personally understood that scene is Toshitsugu bullying Endo. I don't think that actually happened because before it was like 'you never even kissed'. So it seems Endo does not really have much experience with girls. He also talks about cherishing important things, like his girlfriends. Endo also replied: "Is there even anyone like that?" either meaning is there even a girl like that/is there even a guy who would do that. So I think it was just a really crude joke from Toshitsugu. At least, that is how I personally understood it.

@exxp Why it's really called an 'alternate story' I don't really know. But they are indeed related since Toshitsugu also appeared (and will appear again) in Soushi Souai since he is Wakamatsu's older brother

You guys misunderstood the plot. Endo didn’t do his ex-gf, another guy did. Hence Endo broke up with her.
As I understand Endo wanted to cherish her but she wanted s**, so... 😔

I just finished the whole thing, and I can't help but rant because I feel like I got scammed.

I should give fair warning that this a story of a couple that end up being asexual. Do they get over that in the end? There's no indication of it.

Why am I making a big deal of it? Because the whole story made a big deal out of the girl having trauma from her ex. You would think that the resolution here is that she gets over that because the guy earns enough of her trust. And yes, maybe in the end, it maybe did happen, but them not making it clear and giving the impression of a vague ending is a missed opportunity. Actually, worse. The story reveals in the end that the guy doesn't want sex either. Probably the worst way to end this imo.
