I'm following both of those.
I don't remember the names exactly, but one's about a building a pseudo harem after some hero NTR and the other about the reincarnated isekai protag that awakened a random OP dragon egg.
Those are two good examples sure, but man for every above average manga with this OP follower trope there's hundreds of mediocre ones.

Kinda sad too many didn't pop up this year. 2020 too rough.
