Because if she thought using this opportunity to get progress on her own romance was somehow wicked, she wouldn't have up and said that was exactly what she was doing.

We already know what the crying was about. We saw it from Kaho's perspective in chapter 6. She was being teased/casually called "gorilla" by some boys who were trying to ply her for a female classmate's contact info (I don't think it's Mizuki? Have we heard her last name? Because the boy was asking about "Tabata") and Kenta stepped into tell them it was rude to call her that as if it was no big deal. The boys then teased him because he called her "Kaho" and suggested that if he uses her first name they must be dating. She then got embarrassed and ran away. As she runs we see her pass the other two characters before Mizuki finds her in the classroom and we sort of hear about them hatching the sleepover. Those last couple scenes are what this chapter shows us except this time it's from Mizuki's perspective.

So we get flashbacks for individual characters and moments exclusive of them and other specific characters
All building up to the sleepover that was already presented
Like we are gathering clues to understand why they're so horny for each other lol

Oh, my bad. I think she just cried because Hiroto bolted after trying to kiss her. I think she's frustrated because she set all this up to make a move on Hiroto and she couldn't and then he couldn't make a move either. So I bet she's just upset and frustrated because her plan was falling apart.

It is indeed her, her full name is Tabata Mizuki in the next chapter she's called by her last name so we now know her full name.
I believe I haven't seen Kaho's last name yet , but the other names are Aoki Kenta, Tabata Mizuki and Toyomura Hiroto.
