For me, this manga has been lost its 'magic' and I lost interest in it since Nasa became a teacher. Not really interested in the new characters, the high school students except Kaguya. Kinda glad the anime keeps me interested but at the same time I wonder how will the story going especially around this Kaguya girl and Tsukasa's past.

@anak_sampah Maria is pretty damn young in Hayate. 17 at the start and even though I can't remember how many years passed when it end I am quite sure it is no more than 4 years. A house that is not lived in and taken care of can deteriorate really fast so I will give that 5 years after the end give or take. So I would say Maria is about 25 now which wouldn't change how she looks very much.
