The text by Kaguya in the splash art reads, according to Lens: "Anyway, she's a mysterious princess." Uh, yeah, we got the message by now, Hata. She's the same Kaguya, we get it. 
Or at least a reincarnation of her, I suppose. She has those memories tucked inside her, somewhere. Every so often the old Kaguya seems to leak out, like that moment she first crossed paths with Tsukasa they called back to at the start here.
Tsukasa really does think it'd be bad if she found out, but that flash-forward chapter felt like it made it quite clear she knew them rather well already by that point, and I'm still convinced her intelligence and competence will be quite useful going forward, in addition to her heavily implied real identity I covered earlier. After all, she's the very person Tsukasa has been wanting to meet all this time, she just doesn't realize it.
