Yeah... Kurenai Hotaru definitely giving vibes of being a reincarnation of Shizuka, especially with how they had a close-up of Shizuka on one page pretty much in the exact same spot they had a close-up of Kurenai on the page after it. It would be fitting, after that story, if she became a 'super idol', just like Kaguya speculated Shizuka would be if she existed now. And I kinda wonder if her boyfriend has any resemblance to Yoshitsune, somehow.
There's a lot of hinted-at reincarnation shit going on, here. Kaguya into herself, Kurenai/Shizuka, Nasa/Shotoku... I wonder if the other girls from Otogi High are also tied to people whose lives Tsukasa touched, maybe others around the bathhouse, too.
And Inukai Hakase (the 'director' girl) picking up something before leaving the gravesite... wonder what caught her eye...
Also Nasa hammering home the point we are already painfully aware of with Tsukasa's immortality, that it has been full of suffering.
