I think people forgot that the flash-forward chapter all but implied they made Tsukasa mortal by end of year. I also think she has to be mortal before they can actually have sex without issues, let alone have kids. I seriously suspect children are impossible until she can be made mortal again.

To be honest, if it'd work like that, they'd be immortally perfect as damn single-celled organisms. No growth whatsoever from the fertilized egg state. I am seriously thinking she is effectively sterile until she's mortal. I also suspect that the regeneration effects might make it excruciating for Tsukasa constantly during the act, and might be an emasculation risk for Nasa, depending on how forceful the regeneration can be. (Edit: not to mention there'd be a hell of a lot more blood than any girl's first time, constantly flowing. It'd be about as bad as doing it during a girl's period, if not worse. Speaking of, she's probably never had a period since becoming immortal, which would lend credence to the 'effectively sterile' argument)

Nobody seems to think of the potentially huge negatives associated with this situation.
