I suspect Nasa will be his reincarnation or something.
Tbh I get the vibe that he is the antagonist. Not sure what you call the trope but something similar happen in Monogatari series where Araragi has to fight former partner of Kiss Shot.

Mao way: I'll become immortal and we be immortal together
Nasa way: I'll make you mortal back as you wish, and we will be living as ordinary married couple

i like tonikawa but i dont give a damn about her past life show her happy married life NOW
God damn chill. Even wholesomeness can get bland if it's just that for over 100 chapters. In fact Hata has balanced his plot in such a way it keeps me personally interested in both sides of the plot. I love wholesomeness and the seriousness can help to refresh me then return to wholesomeness to heal my mind.

Why do people keep saying that? It makes far more sense for Nasa to be Shotoku's reincarnation, since Nasa has literally pulled up a Shotoku memory. It feels like it has been heavily implied.

Mao, AKA the person that history remembers as Kukai, is just one of many people that have reminded Tsukasa of Shotoku's passion over the centuries. I'm pretty sure I recall both Tokiko and Chitose making similar declarations of wanting to make her wish come true that Mao did in Ch.250. During the arc about Nasa's grandfather, we also got flashbacks about two other Japanese figures who seemed intent on making a reality something that Tsukasa wanted, as well, at the time, that related to shaming the current imperial capital and forcing it to be moved to where Tokyo is now (though she started shitting on the idea after she fell face-first into the swampy terrain- Ch.216, by the way).

I get the impression she just inspires a lot of people, especially if they're young enough, to be similarly determined to achieve something for her sake, all through history. Shotoku was the only one that didn't need her to be that driven- he was already a strong personality and agent of change before he met her. She just gave him an edge he needed at a critical time.

Just like Nasa was already a driven and strong individual before even meeting Tsukasa, but meeting her and seeing her beauty inspired him to focus all of that drive on being with her. He didn't need to be saved by her like all these others.

When's bebe?
Probably after Tsukasa is made mortal again. Reminder it hasn't even been said to be four months in-comic as of this stage of the story, either, so even if she was pregnant as early as their first night (which they never got anywhere near friendly enough then), it'd still be about five more months.

But I currently suspect that her immortal state makes her effectively sterile, thus why I say probably after she's mortal again. What need for an immortal avatar of extraterrestrial conquest with reproductive abilities? And even if she did have them, how would that even work for the conceived children? Would they be instantly locked into the state at the moment of conception, thus remaining ungrowing zygotes for eternity? Would it not even pass on to them? There's too many unknowns relating to her reproductive organs and the effects of the hourai elixir that haven't been made clear at this stage.

My current thinking on the matter suggests Tsukasa's entire reproductive system is essentially in stasis- all eggs as of when she imbibed the elixir have remained where they are and inaccessible to natural insemination. Her lower organs might even be eternally preserved in the state they were, as well, meaning she will have an eternally-regenerating hymen that will, if one persists, constantly break and bleed during the act of procreation, likely causing excruciating, constant pain (something I imagine Nasa would dread and avoid putting his dear wife through). Worst-case scenario is that the reconstruction process of the hymen might destroy any matter in the way, such as the male's organ. Can you say... emasculation?

There's a lot of scary thoughts associated with them trying to have a child while she's still 'cursed' with immortality.
