To be perfectly honest, from what I saw watching the anime, the real concern feels like actually letting Tsukasa grow old with Nasa. She can’t die, get sick, or grow old, as it is, which is actually a bad thing if she wants to spend the rest of her life with Nasa like a normal married couple.

Admittedly, it’s not really an immediate concern, but it does feel like something that needs to be addressed eventually. Even if the solution is Nasa somehow gives himself immortality, as well, so they can spend eternity together.
