Thanks for the Q&A! If I ever marry someone I basically just met after she helps me avoid truck-kun I'll put this to good use.

What a cute little recap, of sorts. I mean, that's basically what this is, just with a framing to imply it's something helpful, when it's just amusing.

Anyway... summary time of what should be pieced together by people at this point in the story for Tsukasa:
-She's apparently been wandering the world for over a thousand years, at least.
-There's some implied connection to the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter... but she is not Kaguya-hime, nor is she anyone of real significance from the tale- it is merely a backstory to explain her unnaturally long life via the immortality elixir.
-She has stated flatly to Chitose that she's just a normal girl, but due to Chitose's own history with her she insists she's more important (don't trust Chitose, she has a warped perspective due to her idolization of Tsukasa).
-She has a connection to a woman named Tokiko who is apparently an 'aunt' or 'grandmother'-type to Chitose, but no outright stated relation to Tsukasa, other than she counts as a guardian for the sake of the marriage license from the start of the story.
-She technically has ownership of a piece of moonrock from one of the Apollo missions, no idea how or who procured it (It was Tokiko, and apparently it was quite the ordeal), but it is currently in a preserved state at the Estate that Chitose lives in. Reminder that if it somehow didn't come from the Apollo missions, there is no way it could have been preserved sufficiently until it could have the containment it has now. Logical thinking would thus make it so the only possible source of the rock is from the Apollo missions.

Reminder not to think too hard on these details. This story is, ultimately, very light-hearted, and these mysteries will be explored in time, and they are not particularly pressing, either.
