Suddenly thought of Chitoge and Raku finding that 'stray' dog in a early-ish chapter of Nisekoi, and it liked Raku, but was very violent to Chitoge, who wanted to be friends with it. Eventually, though, the dog warmed up to Chitoge through the course of the chapter, and it was very touching when they finally found its owner and they had to say goodbye. The way the dog and Chitoge started on bad terms and got so close it was hard to see them part mirrored her own relationship with Raku throughout the entire manga.
