The thing about sona's temperature is that they should remain UNDER 100 degrees celcius. At 100 degrees, a seance should not last more than a couple of minutes at MOST and while under supervision followed by hydration. Remaining in a 100 degrees Sona for more than 3 to 5 minutes (depending on the mass of your body) will make your body's water to start broiling. Typical social Sona are around 70 to 90 at most. Anything higher is supposed to be one in small amount for quick and excessive sweating and toxins release.
