It is REALLY bothering me how Sasaki-san acts like she doesn't remember half of the things going on with her past self. I mean, I would expect more thoughts like, "What was I doing at this time?" and whatnot. Also, is this the same timeline? Are her memories changing at all, or is it a completely different timeline? I've been trying to see any hints, and this is the first time where anything like that seems to be answered. Timelines are funky, and she is very short-sighted (which is a good thing as a flawed character being put beside her previous self with different flaws).
