The Japanese are really big on medicated pain patches that you put on your sore muscles and back. They are slathered in lidocaine, herbal oils, menthol, whatever, and they stink to high heaven like a doctor's office. The name for this might vary a lot by country. Salonpas is pretty big in Japan along with their local brands. Here's two examples from the US:

Because of doing Tsumiki yesterday and my jury duty this week I have no chapter today, but I have CLRDed and TLed the first chapter of volume 3 and will TS it tomorrow barring any catastrophes! It's a great chapter where Kogane tries cup noodle for the first time.
