Forcing people to work in dangerous weather conditions like a typhoon/hurricane can get you in some serious legal trouble here in Puerto Rico.

I work in Japan. We had to come into work during the last two typhoons despite the projected paths hitting us directly. Management got luck that they both curved last minute. But we're all waiting for one to royal screw us cause management dgaf as long as the building our office is in is open.

Japan work/life balance is fucked and they wonder why people burnout so easy here.
