I mean after everything that happened to him just going on a random adventure with basically tertiary characters seems like impossible to make impactful.
I hope i'm wrong but with the rate the chapters come out, if it's a 20+ch long filler this is going to be a very looong 2 years for this manga.

What the girls go through while he's gone (especially how each come to form their usage of his blessing)
On his side what shenanigans he get into (like some clown challenging him because of jealousy at him being teamed up with those 2...then Gaseran coming in with a bucket of oil to toss on the fire)

The MC is a Gary Stu and frankly, he's completely flat. Aside from him raising pokemons, we don't really know what he thinks

Lol he finally acknowledged that. The entire reason he's able and officially recognized as the towers conqueror is because of the twins that did most (if not all) of the works. He's way too scared and weak back then that it legit feels more like the twins appointed him to manage the towers instead (well Asura did). Now that he knows and try to change that good for him cuz everytime shits happen there's always others to protect him and clean up the mess. He only ever showed his divinity to show that he's a god and not the might that he's able to protect himself. And no, the tower ability (deploying barrier, orbital strike, etc) does not count.

I honestly kinda do want to see what personal growth he's really had.

Like don't get me wrong. He's obviously not a fighter at all here and I don't expect him to suddenly pull out a sword and go on a monster hunting spree or start farting out super deluxe ultimate magic™ that blows everything away or whatever.

Just... having him in a more normal environment without as many resources immediately on hand (and likely limiting what he does use for the sake of not letting things become too problematic for himself later on) should be interesting. So far he's never really been or had reason to appear to be on the back foot. This upcoming bit might be a chance to see how he handles himself in situations where he or his subordinates want to use a more subtle way of dealing with things as opposed to their normal (thus far) methods.





... Also, the view this chapter was nice. Definitely earns the 5 star tripadvisor rating.

Agree, especially since Kousuke’s not the kind of guy that flexes his power unless absolutely necessary (eg. When he first met Gazaran)
