As far as I understood it, she's referring to them as the gods, like what kousuke thinks of the gods (including asura), though it's apparently not really clear in either the manga or wn

I believe the first part should be "I wonder if I should ask you about what you really think about us?"
I think she was questioning him how he could make light of handshaking a bunch of goddesses. Like most people would probably give more reactions about shaking hands with a goddess, yet he was so casual. So, she was asking about how he feels about the goddesses.

The second part should be "I certainly didn't expect this", not a contradiction lol.
This part and the questions on the previous page were talking about whether he noticed any special effect/phenomena resulting from shaking hands with goddesses. Like maybe she was expecting he would notice some kind of divine stuff.

The point of the author is one thing, the MC's will is another.

Also, it still doesn't change the fact that he's literally acting like a virgin whose never touched a girl.

A man slept with countless women and has interacted with many more yet acts like a middle schooler with no experience.... it's just sloppy writing.

It's just a lack of character growth. And he doesn't have to sleep with all of them at once.... he can take time and go in order...
