In order:
To the clown king - The invading fleet that's been pretending to be pirates attacking Crown's ships is getting nuked. Kousuke will give them enough leeway to evacuate the people at least.
To the clown tower master - He'll launch a tower battle, which prevent the towers from being locked down and whoever conquer the other side's tower 'win'. But he's not interested in managing a tower so far away so he'll just reset it to neutral state. If they want to keep using that tower, better get to re-conquering it just like their ancestor did.
To the clown priest - The gods will remove their blessings from the offending temples and no longer be involved with them.

And just for good measure, the gods themselves will be descending to directly announce the details of this incident to the world.
