Okie my prediction: the big sister blames the mom's death on the lil bro, (because mom's health got worse after giving birth to him, or she pushed him out of the way of an incoming car but the car hit her instead, yada yada). Lil bro also blames himself so he did not try to argue or anything, which makes them grow apart. They will make up after remembering mommy's sweet advice to be nice n kind to each other.
I'm not complaining if it's predictable or anything, I hope she's not evil for real so that a tsundere big sis could join the cast.
