Yusurube might or not be the traitor, if yes he's  really working hard to hide it, honestly? I suspect womanizer guy, he's not really a womanizer, he just gets with a lot of woman to get info from them.

we've already seen before the momos can have effectively scrying powers, perhaps he's been infected by something and he isn't aware, but since the momos know he's how they're getting information they're avoiding killing him

Yusurube probably functions as a beacon for a momo, in the same way that a radar betrays its position with every ping it makes. Even if it's just a moment, if you are smart and quick enough you can use that limited information to triangulate.

Maybe there's a Momo who can track blood relatives or somethin' with Yusurube's sister or mother (willingly or not) providing a means for the Momos to track Yusurube down

I think the momo want to capture Yusurube alive. A tracker is very useful.

The Momos probably are using his sister as the other half of a tracker. Maybe one of them can track someone with blood ties to a target, as long the other side is alive, reason why they cannot kill him either.
