I guess it's to be expected that the regular civilians are going to be assholes to the oni. It's pretty par for the course with this kind of story, but it does make me curious on if there's going to be a point where the public starts turning on the Momotaro, what with the general unpleasantness of the Momos and how little of a shit they give about civilian deaths.

Will they ever accept they were wrong? Probably not. We've seen how this type just digs in their heels when confronted with their own ugliness.
