I spent some time looking while translating and couldn't find a lot to be honest, there were a lot of forum postings for it though on tieba baidu so maybe if you spent a long time looking on there you could find it lol, but he probably archived it

Holy c*w, you can also see the Umineko cast (Battler, Ange, Bernkastel, and Lambdadelta) in that shot. Nice catch. Seems like there's a lot of other references too but I recognize from a glance is Frieren and Fern from Sousou no Frieren. (Page 57)

There was also a lot of references in one of the earlier panels with Goku and others too but I'm too lazy to page it
