Is it even possible to possess her? And no, she hasn't. If she has, then the whole thing at the temple would've come later since the story's locations are taking place in order of the final boss's residencies. So unless the manga's about to get axed (highly doubtful), Mizuchi's gonna somehow escape, again, thanks tp Reimu's recklessness and make a beeline to Miko's place
That or she escapes thanks to Reimu being rash and then proceeds to get Miko.
I highly doubt this isn't the final arc of this manga. It's Satori's manga. Satori is an SA character. This is the SA arc.
I didn't say that was what she said, either, you know. I said they predate Gensokyo.
That's where I can't quite agree. Reimu also knew of the Miyadeguchi, but she didn't draw a connection between them and the Jailbreak King until she was given the name as a prompt. It could easily be the same for Yukari. The classic "For me it was Tuesday" - the list of people who died with a reason to develop a grudge against Yukari that could turn them into a vengeful spirit is impossibly long. And Mizuchi isn't even on that list - her grudge is aimed at Reimu, not Yukari.
