This is certainly not a H doujin. You can't put it in this category just because of a single scene which none of the genitals were visible.
I don't even think it deserves a "smug" tag, I mean, it was just a very few panels.

One of the best English translations of Touhou doujinshi i ever read, the story alone is good but with huge suppot from the translation make it more emotion. masterpiece 10/10. Bs : i read this doujin in 2020 but full japanese, i forgot it until today 2024.
