A possible sign of Kidney Stone is you having an out-of-season fever. A laceration in your kidney by the stone can cause an infection that leads to sudden fever. I was lucky the fever was short. Drink loads of warm water. If you can, lots of hydrating isotonic drinks as well.

Question, how would a kidney stone move from kidney to bladder? I always thought it grew from buildup in the bladder?

Probably didn't go into that much detail on purpose to leave things open-ended. Like alot of stories kinda go straight into the action at the beginning and then start to trinkle in little lore details as more things go on.

From what I can tell at the very least so far, the Princess of certain Kingdom was captured by some parisitic Necromancer monster guy who was impersonating the King. I think, by using the Princess briefly as a conduited, he brought down the "The Dragon's Tower" from the sky which is a dungeon full of strange and unusual monsters.

In another chapter we briefly learned the Royal Family, and some other nobles have trinkling of Dragon Blood in their veins which give them the right to inherit the throne, and what causes that aunt of the Princess to return to the capital for, because of the political destablization occuring after news of the King's death and Princess's kidnapping has spread. Now, Yuva a seemingly randomly villager who was conscripted is tasked with saving her, after getting involved with the Royal army.

Gecko(?) people are an interesting touch. They fit right in to the tower, yet seem as human as anyone else despite their alienness.

Pg.13 -Meeting the creature, It's very reminiscent of his classic Blame! chapters where Killy and Cibo encounter demi-human tribes while wandering around the megastructure. At least they're not edgy and hostile this time. His writing really mellowed out.

Pg.10 -I wonder if Nihei has been playing Nikke lately lol.

Pg.24 -It's a cat! lol at the kitty head shake.

Pg.36- I dunno, the drilling girls look kinda hot

Kidney 'stones' are made of plant oils. Just stop eating fries, chips, fast food, etc and you'll be good. Of course evacuating smaller stones faster with more water works, but that could deplete your electrolytes and lead to dehydration.

Is this a snipe, new collaboration or did Problematic Scans drop this? I thought they were doing nicely.

Problematic Scans took a month to translate CH 3 (understandable, tbh, they had only 2 people working on it) so we decided to pick up chapter 4. Problematic Scans hasn't dropped this, but we might collaborate with them going forward.

It's a world of might and magic but filled with Nihei's usual body horror and liminal spaces. The tower is one of many dungeons, supernatural places where fame and fortune can be found. The tower is beyond ancient, and was fought over in a distant, forgotten past. With the royal decree there's a hunt for the princess, and the crown is the reward. Adventurers from every corner of the world have come.
