I've read all currently released volumes (9) after reading Brutal.
I doubt there's gonna be a scanlation of this since it's a very wordy and sometimes can be quite technical manga about an extremely niche topic.
But, even though It's a forensic manga, the focus is more on the detective part, finding forensic proofs to be used as evidence to catch the killer of Reiji's family with some filler random forensic case chapters in-between, just like Conan and Black Organization.
It feels kind of similar to Boku no Namae wa Shounen A, but far less trashy and stupid with far better narration, revelations and plot twists.
The main story case ended on Volume 8 with a clear and satisfying resolution, but it continues on with a new arc I think for no other reason than milking Dan's (Brutal's protagonist and this manga's main antagonist) (deserved) popularity. It's no wonder that Brutal is way more popular than this. it also has wider audience since episodic psychopathic murders with justice porn are easier to understand.
