I would say, the bimbo should have thrown some tools into the cell for the MC to use, but what use would that be? He's content with sleeping peacefully there, fully relying on his plot armor to sort everything out. Not to mention, the bimbo could have hit the cannibal with a heavy steel shovel right in the head, seeing how the cannibal was so busy with dealing with his next victim, but of course she wouldn't. Maybe she will try to speak to the cannibal, to have him promise he will be a better person in the future. That would be more along her level of intelligence.
