Well I don't know Japanese but looking at the free stuff on amazon I found this interesting manga author has mentioned that this manga will get serialization someday in the future so if this doesn't get translated I do hope the serialization does get translated.

the basic premised based on me just skimming the pages which isn't 100% accurate.
There is this fat dude and this one girl he really likes (who he wanted to give his virginity too) but sadly there are several creeps who are also after her so in the future she would have a miserable life and him still a virgin. but he does have a time travel ability where every time he dies he returns to the past and if die again he'll return back to the present(or maybe he can go to the future a bit unsure) so the whole plot revolves around in him finding her sad in the present finding who did this to her and then return to the past and somehow fix her life while also getting close to her so that he'd have a future with her but his effort is always ruined cause just like in Scott Pilgrim there seems to be another crazy stalker after the girl he likes. he also gets friends using his past self along the way and would carry over to his present self.
I know it's NTR shit but based on what I see the MC is quite active in trying to be with her,and she seem to like him too, and tries his best she won't end up with a Bad End in the future. but hey it ain't NTR if he manage to save her.
