A reminder that MC thinks she's actually dying from dehydration and starvation at this moment, which makes the human moderators seem super callous... However, I suspect that's actually a hint to what's really going on;
Our MC is no longer human, and she's in fact just another NPC in the game, or rather, an NPC with a personality and memory copy of the real human who used to play as her. So why are the moderators helping her and playing along? I think they're doing this because the game has never been beaten, and they want to make a happy ending to their game before sun setting things.
The reason why our MC is the only one with memories is that they either don't want too many people with real world memories sullying their world OR our MC's realy body did have an odd accident that made her memories get copied over - soemthing that shouldn't have happened but accidentally did, so now they're just using why they happened to have.
So all this is why they're not worried about our MC real world dying... because she can't, she's not a real person.
That all my rough guess for future reveals anyway.
