the chapter list is a list of chapter across languages grouped by chapter, grouped by volume
Current collapse/expand can be called "fully expanded" and "fully collapsed"
However, there's a third state where a user would like to see the group by volume expanded but group by chapters collapsed
This doesn't really matter for most users who filter languages to read only in one language, I suppose
But aesthetically, I kinda prefer a middle state between fully expanded and fully collapsed
