I'm kind of disappointed. This doesn't very well explain how he managed to float those daggers before or how come the electromagnets only pull on his knives and the devil's mark and nothing else metallic. A bunch of shit was made from iron in the middle ages and I don't buy that he sets up some strings and an electromagnet everywhere beforehand with lots of goons operating all of them. I mean I guessed it was magnets and was expecting bullshit but it's kind of lame that the obvious answer was right and that it actually makes no sense. I hope they'll have better "miracles" in the future and not some borderline magic bullshit.

@MemeBear fun fact, the because of the way it's chemically bonded into our blood cells with other molecules when they are oxygenated (which is almost all the blood all the time because we like to breath) the iron in our blood is diamagnetic. Even the most powerful magnets (like an electromagnet used in MRI scanners) couldn't succ our blood.

@Jarkko just because something has iron in it or is even iron itself that doesn't automatically make it magnetic. It depends on the chemical makeup of the object. Two objects can have the exact same amount of iron in them, but if they are rearranged differently chemically than one will be magnetic and the other won't be. Also they're probably careful to use non-magnetic metals anywhere they can in the mansion like why they use copper swords in the arena.

As for the chapter itself I'm still hyped to see how this all resolves. The more I think about it the more I think that one dude from the church must be another time displaced modern guy.

Are church members aware of each other's secrets? It'd be pretty hard to keep this secret if there's that many people involved.

Physically, you would need a lot of magnetic force to pull the knives from that person, like, maybe it was 2 meter away from the mc. And also, talking of the manga takes place at European Witch Hunt, which was Mid 15th Century to Mid 18th Century, and the knives were Dagger Type, and I think it was Quillon Dagger ? Would probably made of iron, and quite in the middle level of being magnetic, woun't be dragged like that.

Anyway, contonue with the illogical physics please •-•

OK I'd like to believe they all actually have magic & MC just misinterpret their powers wrongly. Magnets of all things, smh.

very surprising trope of isekai manga "there's another person reincarnated beside the MC"

@blurgh123 maybe most of iron hammer priest got their "miracle" from head priest, but few would think something by their own, like that resurrection priest(he's already dead btw).

well, the main focus of this manga is "Magic showdown" so they didn't put mind on those details like politics or traitors
