Huh. It's hyperviolent, moderately raunchy and has less plot than a Tom&Jerry cartoon... but I certainly can't say it's boring.
The art is good and interesting. Overall the vibe feels somewhere between Panty & Stocking and Exploitation Now.

I like what I've been able to glean about the underlying lore of the setting. Possibly by the time we're up to chapter 100, enough lore and interesting characters will have been accumulated that it will spontaneously collapse into a storyline.
I like storylines; it gives you something to hang your jokes on.

Overall, I give it 8/10 for now.
