trying to remember name of an anime

i only know about it because of waifu bot on discord + looking up a character so sorry if the details are not too helpful

- i believe it was 1 cour (12-13 episodes)
- in the last or one of the last episodes theres a chase scene with two sisters(?), who are the villains, in a 2seater motorcycle chasing i think the protagonists
- im pretty sure one of the girls had lightning powers (but it wasnt the railgun girl so im pretty sure it wasnt the railgun series)
- the sisters were kinda yankee looking
