Best bet is probably not. It was drawn pretty long before the series started as promo material/pixiv stuff. Like with 3.5 bra chapter this tentacle scene probably won't be canon unless there's a tentacle chapter. If you're asking if the tentacle went inside probably not since it says "suck" sound effect so it's just licking, the mc first will probably be with the futa.
