I'm guessing she means clone Syaoran. But clone Syaoran was like that because the real Syaoran imprinted his "heart" onto him, so you could say that the Syaoran that Sakura is close with is actually the real one and not the clone, even though that Syaoran was physically the clone.

This manga was kinda meh but the last few volumes have been pretty awesome.
