Somewhat casual chapter with little new things and nothing very grand.
Izumi continues to question and notice Ichika's injuries healing, in this case her face that didn't scar.
With that, it's also revealed that Haruta has a scar of his own in his forehead (which he only hide to avoid his friends from feeling any guilt), which was mentioned after Izumi apologized for talking about scars.
Afterwards, her senpai act kind and concerned toward Ichika, wondering what happened, which she explains.
Note that them and anyone else in the building all know about their situation...
but Haruta warns Ichika not give any guys wrong ideas, because she's so charming and easy in wanting to protect, which Izumi kinda jokingly translates that that's Haruta being jealous.
Meanwhile, Haruta questions what's protective and over protective when imagining Ichika with a boyfriend, and how they'd (negatively) react to her regenerative body.
... I personally don't feel or would like any of these characters from the trio protagonists to have romantic interest of each other... I think it's uninteresting and would easily be annoying.
Finally, Ichika just stumbled on a female coworker in the bathroom together with pinkish hair, who seems to have glared at her when the senpai approached her.
