Couple minor notes for this one.

I THINK the boss's design is based off of Gustavo from Breaking Bad.

"Honey Bunny" is not a localization on my part. Akira is actually calling Chikage that.

Chiyang is the phonetic pronunciation of the characters name, but it may just be Chang. It shouldn't matter either way for the story, but I've only just realized figuring out new character names will be one of the most difficult parts in translating.

This was the hardest chapter to translate so far, especially the beginning where I didn't know Akira was acting. I got so excited seeing the panels with them holding hands...

EDIT: I changed the font when Akira and Chikage were acting to a google font called Sour Gummy. I thought it would be a good font to do the whole manga in since it's closer to a western comic book font, but after working with it, it's too bold and wide. The chapter provided the perfect testing ground though! For now I'm going to stick with the font I used last chapter, Ink Free. The demons are fonted with Bloodseeker. Fitting huh?

Anyways, hope you all enjoy.

Thanks for the t/l
and hory fugg, cleaning looks like a fuckton of work, ngl
It's mostly when there are thoughts in panels because the author doesn't speech bubble them. I can't remember which chapters but I think all of volume 11 had watermarks every other page on the bottom right, so I removed all of those too. Thankfully, every chapter didn't end up being this hard to clean. lol

Matching gradients is probably the most annoying part. I remember this panel giving me trouble for a while.

I love how these two play at each other without missing a beat.

I don't know if they will end up together, but Akira and Chikage have something it very difficult to see between male and female characters... chemistry, which shouldn't be all that difficult but... HOLY FUCK, how many authors butcher such interactions, especially on the female part.

Thanks a lot again Xorn, your work is improved a lot, and i find interesting that you put a few notes in the comment, a bad side of being only a reader is that you cant know all the details that go in translating, especially when there is many other parts of doing it, like cleaning and proofreading.

I dont think that boss guy was based on Giancarlo Esposito, the author has no qualms on making exact matches when it comes to appearance. He looks too filipino to me, just a regular filipino old man.

I think I'll have to defer to your expertise gustavonerdz. lol.

Though you have to admit, there is a certain likeness there. I was trying to think of anyone else he might be based off of because, as you said, the author has no qualms about copying likenesses.

Unfortunately, I don't watch much television so I fear I'll miss a reference.
