In the last page It's not "Your brother, he's so handsome" It's "Onii-chan" as a way to refer to a young man, and therefore "you are so handsome"
The girl is hitting on him (obviously, the translation still shows this). I just thought I might as well point it out.
Thanks for sharing this with people. I have seen the older chapters and no doubt the quality has gone way up.
It's a great manga, it deserves plenty of love.
