Also, creativity and inspiration that he refers to here needs context as well. Successful creativity and inspiration. Essentially Allen was the swine to which you would cast pearl in front of. Now, if Rick was the type to waste hundreds of millions of dollars on a creative outburst that led nowhere and financially ruined the party and actively put the party at risk of death or near death, it would be an entirely different story.

It's needed to specify because not all creativity and inspiration is good. It's not typically something that needs to be stated aloud mind you, the great majority of the general public has that common sense to understand that. But there's always someone out there who lacks that general understanding.
