Of course the tone changed once they flashed some money > . >
To be fair, even if this is a common trope of 'MC gets looked down upon by Guild Receptionist only to shock them after showing how OP they are', it makes sense why the receptionist would react that way. We followed our MC's story so we know that they're legit. The receptionist doesn't and is following their protocol if a bit brashly. Sure as hell, I'd also shoo away nobody D-rank adventurers from the countryside if they demand to see the guild master without explaining why they need to talk to them.

I understand why MC wants to keep it on the down low what with his low rank and the stigma against his class that's dogshit unless played a very specific way in a world where there's no talent resets, but I also understand why the receptionist acted the way they did until they saw the money.

Thank you for the chapter, and extra thank you for fixing it! I do wish it was correct from the start though.

I'm starting to wonder what they even do with magic stones that big.

When you didn't have favorable position, money will do the talk.

Gotta love how the mc's expression throughout the entire transaction is just giving off vibes of "you will regret looking down on me"

Keep on talking shit, lady. Hate these high and mighty types. Is it really so hard to just listen to people?

This is still an incredibly poor translation. Do you guys even speak english? Is this MTL? A triple language hop translation?

It's definitely an improvement over the original but come on. The tone and language are all over the place.

I completely agree with you here. what i don't understand is the guy in next-to-last panel who asked for their rank after hearing the amount. wtf does one have to do with the other?

"10 million G? what is his rank?" seriously, wtf does it matter?
