This isekai manga is an anomaly in the sea of copy-and-paste bland isekai where the main characters just waltz past opponents and glide through life. It's a bit similar with Kumo desu ga where the power scaling is done gradually as our heroes go across tightrope situations, and battles are decided through setup and tactics instead of brute force or unparalleled magic.

I'm glad I got past through the first chapters that stunk of "revenge porn story #898." This is actually well paced and has hints of a fresh take on the genre.

I like this story, but I do wish the author had a few more ideas other than the endless cycle of "fight boss, boss harder than expected, win narrowly, repeat".

Yeah, we're in limbo with the latest translated chapter having been put out in December after Firebird managed to hunt the raw down, and the chapter before that in August (with less than a week's gap from the raw).
